Order Processing & Shipping Policy
All orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to confirmation, acceptance, and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing inaccuracies, stock limitations, or applicable legal and regulatory constraints.
Payments must be completed through the secure payment gateways available on our website.
Orders received after 11:00 AM on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or National Holidays. Our shipping operations are active six days a week.
Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery timeline is approximately 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
For deliveries to remote or hard-to-access locations, transit times may vary and can extend up to 10–15 business days in exceptional cases.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via the Order Notes email.
Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking details to be generated and updated.
Shipping Partners
We primarily use India Post Speed Post for nationwide deliveries, including remote areas. In special or urgent circumstances, alternative courier partners such as DTDC, FedEx, or others may be used, based on customer request or operational requirements.
Please note that delivery timelines are subject to the policies and operational conditions of the respective courier or postal service. Acmeworldwide is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the logistics partner within 1–2 business days from successful order confirmation and payment.
