Return And Refund Policy

Once your order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition or does not match the item you ordered. In such situations, we will process an appropriate refund in accordance with our policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and, based on the assessment, arrange for a replacement or issue a credit note for the amount paid.
